Health Systems Engineer (HSE)

Health System Engineers integrate organization and industry knowledge with structured methods, advanced analytics, innovative technology and change management to accelerate the discovery, translation and application of solutions to meet strategic healthcare delivery and business objectives. Working with leaders, multi-disciplinary teams and or subject matter experts, the HSE is typically responsible to:

  • Determine and drive the framework and methods needed to accomplish the business requirement
  • Acquire, analyze and translate information to enable data driven decision making
  • Recommend innovative, transformational and actionable solutions and interventions
  • Assess needs, resources, and infrastructure to develop implementation requirements and plans
  • Identify and address horizontal and vertical workflows, systems integration and contextual needs
  • Model solution and scenario impacts and outcomes
  • Measure, stabilize and optimize implementation and diffusion
  • Assure sustainable and smooth hand-off to operations

Project Manager (PM) and Program Manager (PgM)

Project and Program Managers integrate professional project and program management expertise and business-related knowledge, skills, tools and expertise to plan and execute strategic projects and ensure sustainable solutions. Working with key stakeholders, project leaders and teams the PM or PgM is typically responsible to:

  • Complete and maintain the charter and plan
  • Ensure clarity of project governance, objectives, scope, deliverables and milestones for complex projects  
  • Identify team members, requirements, roles, responsibilities, expectations and decision-making authority
  • Determine governing body(s) and stakeholder approval pathways for each phase of the project
  • Document, drive and manage, track timeline, budget, work breakdown structure, inter-dependencies, risks and mitigation / management strategies throughout the project life-cycle
  • Facilitate, document and execute communication plans, change management plans, and status updates
  • Coordinate closure report and approvals
