FAST Program is Mayo Clinic's pioneering initiative, led by Department of Radiology to support the development and deployment of AI algorithms in the clinical practice. The Program uses a portfolio strategy to identify priority algorithms and implement them into the clinical practice. The program has succeeded in defining the technical, clinical and regulatory pathway in translating AI algorithms for clinical use and serves as a blueprint for other departments interested in AI applications in care delivery.
