Drive-Thru Anti-coagulation Testing

Nalini Krishnan describes her work in redesigning and creating a drive-up point of care INR testing site to safely monitor patients who take Warfarin.  Applying all of the necessary precautions for patients and staff, the drive-up testing site ultimately reduced the 15-20 minute face-to-face encounter to a mostly virtual process taking only 5 minutes.
