The Technical Solutions Specialist partners with department leadership and shared services across the enterprise to leverage digital solutions to enable transformation within the department.  The specialist identifies and executes advancements in technology solutions through benchmarking efforts with healthcare and non-healthcare industry leaders as well as other networking opportunities.  The position supports the department’s strategic initiatives by advancing the role of digital solutions to achieve goals and tactics.  Works closely with end users to ensure solution requirements, successful development and deployment of departmental technical solutions, reporting tools, databases, dashboards and other applications are enabled as necessary.
